Hotel is at little steep height but You can get cabs to reach here or can take your own vehicle. Hotel rooms are good if you are looking for just budget hotels..I found it little overprice in the off season but more good if You going with friends or solo..

it was bit hard to reach at this hotel...it was 500 mts from the mall road..behaviour of staff and owner was great and polite..rooms were not so extensive but rather were comfortable..rates were additionally cheap..rooms were perfect just issue was the area of this hotel

A neat and cosy hotel with nice behaving staves that too in a resonable tariff. Rooms are cosy and well maintained, bathrooms are clean. If you take the lake view room you get a balcony too. Only cons is, it is in the zoo road which is not at all feaseable for the elderly because of steepness.

+ Good and prompt Service, Staff's behaviors are very good.Very near from Naini Lake, So location wise also good. - Not value of money. No better coordination between Yatra.com and hotel. I booked for 2 adult + 1 child, but its not showed on final receipt and hotel owner charged extra amount for my child. Also breakfast complimentary shown when I booked, but hotel staff told its not included. So there is some miscommunication between Yatra.com and Hotel. Room quality was not good. Very small room and bathroom also smelling every time. So overall not value of money, but hotel staff behavior and service was very good.

I stay there in July (Rainy season) and selected room with views to see how freqent nanital changes mood . Not all rooms have view. Rooms without views feels more comfortable but still selected views part. Thier service is good. Near about naini lake. While getting down lt takes less than 10 minutes. In reverse around 15 to 20. I got complementary breakfast beacuse booked via oyo was good. Even i ordered some time lunch and dinner also. That was good. Their poori bhaji in breakfast was so yummy. In staff two brothers were there and they were so kind and helpful.
